How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $5 for any of our products to anywhere in Australia.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all states and territories within Australia. Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers at this point. There are also some very remote places in Australia which we may not be able to get to.

What's in the box?

The contents of the box are a surprise! Each month there will be a different selection of between 4-6 high quality products. These include treats, toys, accessories and cat care products. Check out What's Inside .  Your cat will absolutely love everything that is included!

How often and when?

The latest edition of Cattitude Club is sent to your door every month. We ship on the 13th of every month (or the next business day).  That means that your first edition will arrive on the 13th of the month following the month you order on.
Eg: Order placed between 1 and 31 October, first box sent 13th November.

You will normally receive your box in 2-6 business days  after that, though it may take up to 10 if you are on the east coast of Australia.

Can I send as a gift?

Of course!  Just click ' Give a Gift ' from the header and select your choice of gift from the Gift Shop!   It is a one-time payment, so you won't be rebilled.

Payment methods

We use a third party payment system called Stripe. Once you have paid you can be sure that we have received your request and will send your cat a box of cattitude! It is completely secure!

When will I be rebilled?

You will be rebilled on the 27th of each month. If you wish to cancel your subscription this must be done before the 27th.

How do I cancel?

Gifts :  For the gift option, there is no need to cancel. Your payment will entitle the receiver to the number of boxes in that plan, and that’s all. Your card will not be rebilled and no more boxes will be sent.

Subscriptions :  You can cancel a subscription by logging into your account and self-cancelling. If you have any trouble, send us an email at any time! We can manually unsubscribe you from Cattitude Club within 24 hours of hearing from you if you are having trouble doing it yourself. This means that you will receive the rest of the boxes that you have paid for, but you will not be billed again.

Where is my box?

We supply a tracking number with every order (you'll receive this in an email after we have shipped your box). You can follow your box every step of the way! If you have not received your box after 10 business days of shipping please contact us at cattitudeclub@gmail.com so that we can work out what went wrong and organise for a replacement.
